THE EFFECTS OF STRESS IN DAILY LIFE
In today’s world with the rush of life, we forget to pay attention to our inner peace and happiness. Stress is so included in our life that it is nearly in every part and we would not exaggerate if we say that life with no stress is getting more and more utopian. Because, even though we do somethings that keep us vigorous mentally, sometimes these things aren’t enough to make us less stressed or relaxed. And if we don’t pay attention enough to how can we manage to stress in daily life, there are some conditions that may occur such as sleep disorders and depression.
The primary effect of stress in daily life is claimed to having a sleep disorder. Sleeping is one of the primary activity in human life. And sleeplessness and sleeping late, which observed in stressed people, can affect people’s lives directly. So, staying unrest in this way is lead to lack of concentration in business life and thus, decreasing productivity, failure in career life can happen. Even, there may be some dismission situations in the result of that. And, this ruins not only your success in your career, but also your proceed in your life, especially from the point of financial difficulties. Lastly, all these circumstances can end up with deficiency of self-confidence which is too bad for the one who wants to promote herself in her career as well.
Another effect of stress in daily life is observed in leading depression. It is determined by group of people who is researching, people whose level of stress in daily life is high, are more tend to being state of depression. When you are in a depression, loss of appetite reveals with the loss of weight. For example, even if there is a pretty delicious meal in front of you, you don’t even show interest to that meal, so you don’t desire to eat it. Also, this leads to not getting pleasure out of life. Your interest in life gets weak and weak. And you can be into the bad side of things by seeing no precious thing in your life. Furthermore, there can be a feeling of valuelessness in which people can be dragged to suicide at the end. Because these feelings make you pessimistic and you start to live in somewhere like a big and black space where is no meaningful thing for you. So depression is another important effect of having stress in daily life, which as it is seen most destructive.
To sum up, sleep disorders and depression are the most probable effects of stress in daily life if enough precautions are not taken. Because it is known quite well that the more we live with as possibly as less stress, the more our life get better.
