A REVIEW OF A PASSAGE TO INDIA E.M Forster was born in 1879 and died in 1970. During his lifetime, he wrote novels, short stories and essays. He ha s the decoration of merit and is one of the most important represen t atives of the modernist motion in England  for he is one of the founders of the modern novel movement . The writer of novel, story, and essay, puts emphasis on the genres of realism, symbolism and modernism and handles the subjects of class division, gender and homosexuality. He is homosexual, though this does not uttered much. He also examines the class division and its hypocrisy since he holds the idea that the English traditions bear insularity and hypocrisy. His 4 of 6 novels are published before the World War I; Where Angels Fear to Tread (1905), The Longest Journey(1907), A Room With a View(1908), and Howards End(1910). The Themes of Love, Fear and Jealousy in   Austen’s Pride and Prejudice       Jane Austen is a British novel writer who born in 16 December 1775 in Hampshire and is one of the powerful writers of the world literature. She embarks on modern novel insight in 18th century with plain a nd explicit expression, ironic perspective to the social incidents and strong women characters. She submits her work to reader on condition that she conceal her identity and use the statement of ‘by a lady’ on  the last pages of her novels. Successful writer ,who could not declare herself at that time by virtue of the shallow insight that is given by society to the women and as a result of social norms, is admired and respected by millions of people today.    A brief explanation of long-term suspense and how do writers create suspense with mysterious settings and circumstances?    Firstly, suspense is a literary device that the writers often consult to keep the reader’s intention awake throughout the work. So as to create suspense, there should be an action or happening in a work of art to lead reader curiosity and wonder. The elements of suspense are the diction, setting, tone and most importantly mood which is a thing that may shape all our understanding of suspense if we misunderstand or misevaluate it, while we are dealing with suspense.
